About the program
Women Love Tech Mentorship, powered by OneUpOneDown, is a unique mentorship experience designed to help women thrive in the tech industry. Our program focuses on career development, confidence-building, and communication skills to empower women to pursue new opportunities.
Through near-peer mentorship, we match mentees with mentors who are a few steps ahead in their career journeys—ensuring relevant advice, relatable experiences, and meaningful connections.
How the mentoring program works:
1.Create a profile.
Sign up as a mentor, mentee, or both. Complete your profile to help us understand your needs and experiences. If you’re participating as a "Mentee only" or "Both - Mentee and Mentor", you’ll need to become a Premium member to be matched. Mentors only could participate for free.
2. Get Matched.
We’ll find the most suitable mentor or mentee for you, based on your personal and professional goals. You’ll receive a match proposal, and once both parties agree, your mentorship begins.
3. Engage & Grow.
Over three months, you’ll have at least four scheduled meetings—two in the first month and one per month afterwards. This structured approach ensures meaningful progress and strong relationships.
